Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your order 💜
You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if the item arrives damaged or defective.
You cannot request a refund if the order arrives undamaged and without any defects.
To Be Eligible for a Return or Exchange:
* The item must be unused and in its original condition.
* Original packaging is required.
* Proof of purchase is needed.

Non-Returnable Items:

* Customized items
* Sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item.
Refund Process 💜
* Once the return is approved, our courier will collect the cup from the customer.
* The returned item will be inspected upon receipt.
* Once the return is approved after inspection, the refund will be transferred to the customer’s account within 14 days of the courier collecting the cup.
Please note that refunds are subject to the return eligibility conditions outlined in this policy.
